What is Searchranch?  

Searchranch is a fast, comfortable, light weight, full featured and first of all anonymous search engine. It doesn't log your personal data and it does even more for you privacy: It encodes all of your search request with a personal encryption key which expires after 15 minutes and is only valid for your computer. That means nobody will be able to retrace what you have searched for.

It uses both its own database and crawlers and meta search offering you the most relevant search results. You are able to visit the sites which were found anonymously. The image search includes features like a color filter and it anonymizes all images you load or click at.
